Los Angeles native Carrie Villines moved to New York in 2005 to get her MFA in Photography at Parsons The New School for Design. Her work has been exhibited in Los Angeles and New York, and her text tattoo series was recently shown in Koln, Germany as part of Kodak's 2006 Photokina trade show display. The series was also selected for the Graphis "New Talent Design Annual 2006" and "Photography Annual 2007."
